Leonor Dill, is a Swiss-Portuguese pianist, who studied with Paul Coker at the Haute-École de Musique de Genève, with J. Y. Song at the Mannes College and with Edna Golandsky in New York. She particularly benefited from advises of pianists such as Imogen Cooper, Joaquín Achúcarro, Dominique Merlet, Aleksandar Madzar, Heinz Medjimorec, Christopher Hinterhuber, Konrad Richter.
She was awarded with various prizes. Among others, the 3rd prize at the Festival e Academia Verão Clássico at Centro Cultural Belém (CCB) in Lisbon, the 2nd prize at the Kiefer Hablitzel Musikpreis in Bern, the 1st Prize and Prix Collard at the Kiefer Hablitzel Musikpreis in Bern, the Studienpreis des Migros Kulturprozent in Zurich, the Concerto Competition de l’ HEM de Genève, the 1st prize at the Swiss Young Musicians Competition (SJMW) in Lugano and the special award from the Zurich Chamber Orchestra (ZKO).
Leonor Dill participated as a pianist and chamber musician at different festivals, such as the International Piano Festival Crescendo-Jura in Saint-Ursanne, the Festival Academia Verão Clássico Talentfest, the Davos Festival Young Artists in Concert and the Brahmsiades sur la colline in Neuchâtel.
She played in renowned halls as the Centro Cultural Belém (CCB) and Sala dos Espelhos do Palácio Foz in Lisboa, TonhalleZurich, Paul Hall (Julliard School) and Weil Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, in New York, Place Neuve Grand Salle in Geneva, Temple du Bas in Neuchatel.
